Replacing Mirror

Hi all! My wife managed to destroy the passenger side mirror on our 2008 LR2 backing out of the garage. I have a new mirror on order, but am not sure how to take the door apart to remove and replace. Has anybody done this?

The dealer wants about $350 - $400 for installation. It just doesn't seem like it should be that hard...
