rubbing/growling noise from left front.

06 LR3 is making a rubbing / groweling noise from the left front during a right hand turn. Only does it at speed in fairly sharp turns. Almost feels like abs turning on except its not in the pedal. Makes noise even without brakes so I don't think it is a break issue. Thanks for any help. Drew
