Headliner is sagging from the rear forward to the point where the roof lowers to accomodate the sunroof! How can I fix this w/o spending big on a new headliner? y Classic had the same problem, I used clips which do work but I hate to destroy the roof so much on the 4.0. Has anyone tried ironing, regluing, etc?

I had a problem like yours. Since I knew i wasn't going to make it any worse i figured i would try a glue. I used gorilla glue, which is supposed to be very good and it worked out great. I did it about 6 weeks ago and even with the subs pounding in my truck it still stays. I would probably go with that. Just don't use too much, and put it on evenly. Hope this helps! :wave:

hot glue gun. Its cheap its easy and best of all dries quickly.

Trust me we use it in the shop for broken trim pieces.

Thanks for replies, am I correct to assume you are removing the headliner from the vehicle, stripping the cloth off, and re-gluing?
