Hi folks, I've had the SES on for a while now and finally hooked up the scanner to find a slew of problems. DTC's are as follows:
Lambda sensor upstream catalyst bank 2
Oxy Sensor heater upstream cat bank 2
Mixture adaption factor FRA bank 1
02 Sensor circuit no activity detected Bank 2 Sensor 1
O2 Sensor heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1
o2 Sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1
This is a '03 Disco II with 179,000 miles. Is it possible that all four o2 sensor would be bad at the same time? I have read on a couple of posts that there may be an issue with the harnesses going bad when fouled with oil, and I would be lying if I said the VC gaskets didn't need to be replaced. Could this be a possible culprit? I should also point out that I ran the o2 diagnostic and it failed on the max sensor voltage and time transition tests for Bank 1 sensor 1.
