Hello all. I'm looking at a 2000 Disco SD with 50,000 miles. It is a loaded SD with many SE items,two sunroofs, leveling suspension,Harmon system with 6 disc, home-link and it's a seven seater. It runs great and it's from a dealer. What should I pay and should i do it??????

Mike, a 2000 with 50K that is loaded up, nice find!

First, what are they asking? Does it have the full service history? I assume when you said it was from the dealer, you meant LR dealer? Warranty? The mileage is really low for a 2000.

Retail (according to KBB) is $19,105
Trade in Value is $13,475

So there is your range, so you know what to work with. Too many questions are left unanswered to give an adequate estimate.

Hey thanks for the insight. Here's some more info....It's being sold by a LR dealer. It has a 12 month warrenty from the dealer. Not sure on the past service history but I'm going Saturday to look at it again and I will find out. They are asking $16,900. It is super clean. If I can find a set of 18" hurracanes for it it would be real sweet....Thanks again....MOTO :drive:

well we just got ours from a privage dealer, not lr dealer and its a 2001 with everything you mentioned with 50k on teh clock too and we paid 14,700. I looked for a long ass time and got a good deal compared to what others wanted for that very same car. good luck.

If your LR dealer is anything like the LR dealer here in Minnesota, the Price tag is the price tag. They wouldn't negotiate a single cent. Besides the extra 2 years and 24K warranty they added to full factory. But hey, you get a free car wash everytime you bring it in for service or warranty work. At the rate mine has been in, I have only had to pay for 3 car washes this winter!
