Recently my right rear brake has been squeaking. When rolling under 10 mph I hear the squeak with the rotation of the wheel and when I apply the brakes slightly it stops. Sticky caliper??? If so, how to fix and if not what to look for?

Bought her a year ago and the PO had new pads all around. I did not put many miles on this year. The idiot light is not on either, but I just fixed 2 broke wires coming from the sensor. I will check them to be sure.
