Does anyone know where the location of the starter solenoid relay is for a 1995 lwb. If someone has a picture that would be fantastic. thankx

Remove the lower dash panel under the steering wheel. The relay is located under the steering column, starter relay has a yellow top.

solved

Finally solved problem, turns out starter relay not getting Park signal from tranny. Grounded the terminal now starts in every tranny position, I don't really care about that..
the Rover starts and it cost nothing to fix, Oh Yea!!
