Good dayy'all

I am having a steering issue ..When u first start out the steering wheel vibrates to u get up too speed .. Also Had it aligned and the steering wheel sat straight when on highway now it is off center when going straight..Whats my problem with out taking it in and them telling meeverything..Let me know..
