I am having intermittent suspension faults. The vehicle doesn't lower itself, but turns to the red light and freaks out because I'm going over thirty mph. It's not the compressor as it was recently replaced. I don't believe it's a ride height sensor as my 4x4 info screen shows that everything is normal. I also checked the brake lights since I have heard that if a bulb is out random faults occur. At this point I have no idea what the issue could be.

So...over 30 MPH, it throws a red light and does NOT lower itself? What does it do besides the light? Does it say "SUSPENSION FAULT?" Does the EAS still go up and down in that state?

It doesn't lower itself, it just shows the red light and says suspension fault. The system does not allow lowering or raising.

That is a strange one. Only red faults at speed (only) I can think of are cross-articulation faults; and those cause the EAS to set to bumpstops. Who installed your compressor? If it's a (new) AMK, there is a new relay and software update that must be installed. Perhaps that was skipped??

It is a new hitachi compressor installed in May 2015. I have had zero faults up until January, which leads me to believe that it isn't the issue. The light isn't on 100% of the time, and when it isn't on the compressor raises the suspension fairly quickly.

Yeah the brake light switch. That's a common one, but I've never heard of it happening above 30 mph or causing a RED fault light. I remember it being in amber and also showing HDC failures and Terrain Response inop.

The more detail you provide on this forum (and others) the better the feedback you get and the easier we can all help. There are millions of LR3-miles collectively on these boards. I know that in 10+ years of ownership I've learned a ton just from forums.
