Im soon to be purchasing a 1998 4.6HSE and have heard they have a common fault with the air suspension, is this right?
Also i was told its possible to covert it from air suspension to a standard shock/spring set-up has anyone heard of this being done?

Unfortunately I cannot give any advice, as I know very little about the system, however, use the search facility of this forum for some of the answers. This will at least provide you with some wisdom, for when the experts chime in.

Yes it can be done, there are many kits out there.

Just make sure you get one with the EAS Override Module. AB has this kit.
