Howdy,
I've recently just purchased my first disco. unfortunately on my first long trip I noticed inner tire wear and vibration while driving. I was wondering if I could get a few just broad ideas of what this could be? I know solid axles can't be aligned. Bushing? Bearings? Thanks

Any axle can be aligned. If it is out in the rear it is likely either something bent or a bushing worn out.
Tie rods, ball joints track bar, general alignment setup. Even just front align can cause tire wear if it is not tacking well
I had a progressively worsening vibration but not tire wear. Ball joints fixed er right up,!

Wear on the inside of the tire is usually caused by bad alignment, specifically toe. Either from bad track rod/drag link settings resulting from normal driving or from worn tie rods & bushings. You'll need to replace any worn parts and get it professionally aligned. The vibration could be related, but it's more than likely due to the tires being out of balance.

Or front axles are adjustable, but our rears are not, so there shouldn't be any uneven tire wear back there even if a bushing were out. Odds are the previous owner just rotated the front tires to the rear and that's the wear your seeing.
