Can I have my tpms valve stems taken out of my 19s and put into my 18s? or is there a good chance of braking the stems?

I have moved them with no problem. Just need new seal washers.

Yeah, when the stems break, they tend to break at the end, where the valve cap goes. You should be fine swapping them over, but you do want a new set of hardware.

The hardware kit from Land Rover is P/N RQH500481 but I'm sure you can find a generic one that will fit fine, as most sensors are pretty much the same.

Yeah, valve style TPMS sensors are somewhat generic, just make sure to get the 315MHz and not the 433MHz.
