My girlfriend has been filling up my Disco II and today I found out she was using regular unleaded instead of premium. It has only been 2 or 3 fill ups, do you think everything is ok? Or do i need to run anything through the system just in case? Might be a dumb question but just curious.

Though, I think I will continue to use premium when available.

Use the lowest grade you can that doesn't cause knocking. Simple.

Yeah, you might give up a couple of HP but for the extras $3-4 it takes to fill a tank with premium I can deal with it. In my case, I use mid-grade because my engine will knock on regular. Common in a car with 140,000 miles on it.
