Hi, I'm beginning a restoration on a V8 1988 Range Rover. Cam someone advice me where I could get parts? I am based in Perth WA. Much appreciated. Julian

Welcome to the forum!

standard outlets like eBay are useful, but my favorite avenue is finding local partouts. The prices are usually far lower and you’re not buying sight unseen

New parts or old part? Check out the Pacific Coast Land Rover club, they have parts and rover shops, and a lot of great experience. Many members live near you! I buy all my new parts from England..cheaper and faster than you can imagine. * pistons I ordered from england with rings and wrist pins..38 dollars shipping and took two days via royal airmail. John Cradock 4x4 in england has many older stock type odd ball parts. Rimmer Bros for various things, V*tuner for others. there is an ebay in UK as well. Ships Mechanical in portland is an outstanding rover guy with some parts and more experience than a lot of others..good luck
