ok engine loosing oil quicker than I can put it in from rear top,so I changed the rocker cover gaskets and while I was there the valley gasket.Does it leak oil?dunno bloody thing fires spits and farts but won't run on LPG or petrol.Did'nt take the plug leads off and have checked injector wireing all appears ok.
any ideas readilly accepted, :bawling:

thanks for the reply,this may be of use to others.
Problem was with the live wire feeding the coils,all the insulation was brittle and cracked.I must of moved this when doing the gasket change.The wire was shorting against one of the bolt heads causing the miss fire and spluttering.A new loom made up and fitted but the problem was the same,firing on 1 cylinder and spluttering on 1 or 2 others.The reason, it was flooded and wouldnt clear itself.all plugs out and cleaned then she started much to my relief. :drive: and it appears oil tight again.
So if your doing your valley gasket check the coil pack loom!!
