Good day fellow enthusiasts.

I finally figured out my electrical issue but now have to deal with another issue that has had me stumped even more so. Whenever I turn my 98 Disco on the idle is immediately in the 2000-2500 rpm range, this is when I am in neutral and park. When I am in reverse or drive the idle drops to somewhat normal rpms about 900-1000. I have replaced most engine sensors that could have some influence on the idle. TPS, camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, and the stepper motor.

Would anyone happen to know what the issue is, or something that I may have missed, I am thinking it is a vacuum line but I would like to know what your opinions are.
