I get a vibration when accelerating, I was thinking that is related to the Ujoint problem?

Anyone have anything similar problems or know anything about this problem?

It very well could be ujoint related, What year is your truck? Do you have
that rubber rotoflex joint on the rear shaft ?

My Discovery is a 96'

I think I do have the Rubber rotoflex on the rear joint.

They do not last very long, Why land rover used them in the first place is
beyond belief.

That stupid rubber joint is expensive, If i were you i would go with a drive
shaft conversion kit which would consist of new rear drive shaft with ujoint
on each end, New diff flange to accept ujoint.

Do you know a good place to find a cheaper conversion kit?

I think rovers north still sells them , I don't remember the price.
www.roversnorth.com
What you could do to save money is to look in the Parts for sale section at the bottom of the LRO page and look for a used RRC driveshaft, Flange assembly with four bolts . there are other sources for the kits i just can't
remember them offhand.
