looking at picking up and old series l or ll its left hand drive in the US looks like a 86" or 88" numbers that I did find are on the tag inside the dash are 1/2KL4375 and then there is a tag on the right side of the frame in the engine compartment that has the 4375 only. Only tags I have found so far

Series 1are flat sided along the bulkhead, doors and tub while series 2, 2a and 3 contour out just below the upper door hinge.
Theses serial numbers are odd but yes the dash placard is where you will find it.
The number on the front horn is stamped in (not a plate)
There are websites that can help you distinguish the information but it is still vague although something is missing from what you supplied

What you are looking at is a Austin Gypsy and not a Land Rover. It was an Austin Morris attempt at competition with Land Rover
Cool and rare little truck. Steel body as opposed to aluminum on Land Rover
Pretty rare in North America.
