I have a Jeep Wrangler body and chassis with a 3.5 rover V8 engine/trans/tcase connected to Toyota landcruiser FJ40 diffs with 4.1 gears.
I want more power and I have a 351 CI Ford V8 I want to bolt to the rover 4 speed trans (this one has the tcase/trans in one unit).
Please help.
Thanks :drive:

is there a difference. I think I can get one from someone who has a van or another guy who has a '74 LTD.
I just want more power out of my 3.5 V8 engine.
Currently I have the 3.5 with dual carbs, 4 speed trans, hooked to toyota landcruiser diffs with 4.1 gears and 35" tires. The body is that of a jeep wrangler.
Need for speed!

Cleveland block wouldn't fit, but Windsor would. Sounds like an LT75 transmission which wouldn't last with a 351. Why not just put a 3.9 or 4.2 in it, there are plenty of those to be had. Or, put a Edelbrock manifold with a 400cfm 4 barell on it instead of the lousy strombergs. It's already mutt enough with three manufacturers on it, why go for four?
