It appears that the water pump pulley on my 01 discovery II is frozen. When cranking the engine and when it starts the pulley is not moving.

The pulley I'm speaking about is in the middle below the alt pulley and the ac pulley and above the crank pulley.

Anybody have any thoughts on this and the removal replacement of the water pump? Tips, procedures, links?

the pulley is trashed at a minimum. it is now wobbling all over the place. I'd imagine the water pump is also history. I'll check out the links. thanks.
