do you know where it is weeping from?
weeping around the gasket has different causes that weeping around the nose. could be a slightly warped or damaged timing cover if from the gasket or if from the nose something as simple as a bad belt tensioner putting too much strain on components, the water pump has the shortest supported shaft of all the mounted components and will always show strain first.
more info would be good
cheers

that sounds about right
the water comes out of the engine in the top hose and leaves the radiator cooled from the bottom hose (straight physics -cool water drops).
if you have gone through 3 pumps either the quality is very suspect or something else is wrong.
for water to come out of the weep hole the seals on the bearing race have to be failing. I would start to look at something in the serpentine belt system putting strain on the pump, generally something making the belt tighten then loosen repeatably
cheers
