Reading several post, I too have never seen or heard the condensor fans activate. I have a 1998 Range Rover 4.0 and I just got my A/C to work again by replacing the expansion valve. But it made me realize the fans have never ran even when I first bought it used in 2007.
The A/C works great, like before, but the fans have still never come on.
The fans do work if wired directly.
I thought on most vehicles the condenser fan or fans came on whenever the Compressor ran.
How many total sensors have control over the condenser fans besides the A/C system?
