That might be a bit low. I just sold my son's 99 Disco II for $4900 with 139K miles. Was a pretty good truck and I just had both heads and head gaskets replaced.
Dude, I hate to break your bubble, but $9999 is close to double what it will sell for. Go to Craigs list and see what others sre priced at and go back and up date as much information as you can into the list on line if you want to get anything close to the going value.

I bought an 04 for 5k$. Had to change the tranny cooler. I woulda gave six if it were perfect. It was close. After owning it I would give 9500 for a garage kept 04 with 100k...well maintained. The 04s had it all though. Most I would give for a 01 would be 5k, perfect shape though...this is all with no mods i guess. Just ball park...your way off.
Hate to say it but it is time to realize, your truck is not worth that much, better get the price way down or you will have it for quite a while.
