Anyone know if the stock wheels from a 1996 4.0 will fit on my 1991 Classic? They're the basic 16" 5 star design. I think I've seen them on 94 & 95 Classics. Would like to update the look of my oldie but goodie.

Nope, the P38 rims are 5x5.5 and the Classic rims are 5x6.5

Basically all 87-95 RRs, 94-99 D1s, 94-95 & 97 D90s have the same bolt pattern. The P38s and D2s have a smaller bolt pattern.

What knida rims you looking for?

I'd like the "Tornado 5-Spoke alloy"

The set I found was 4 perfect wheels with decent Michelins for $250. Was a good deal...too bad they won't fit!

You can get the 5 spoke tornado rims from a D90. Buy the rims and tires for $250, remove the tires and then sell the rims. I assure you you will get at least $200 for four rims. Then shop around for some D90 rims. I have a set on my 96 D1 (tornado 5 spoke) and they look nice.
