Here is one solution.....
You need to get your hands on the actual dash. You either then photocopy it or get a copy into a computer. Use a photo program like
Adobe PhotoShop (Windows) or
the GIMP (Linux). Invert the photo and then print it out 1:1. Try a few of the special effects as well.
Print it out on the Avery paper that has the sticky on one side. Then you put it on top of the original. When you take out the pointers on the dash, remember
exactly how they came off so you can put them back in correctly.
Basically it is the same with the replacement screens except you put it over the old dash.
By the way, I was thinking of getting one replacement screen and installing a LCD screen in its place. If you look at the Chrlyser Pacifica adverts at the dash, that is the look I was looking for.
I bet if you can find a screening printshop, they could also make one made of that colored vinyl they use for the signs. Then you could color-coordinate it with your interior. They also cut Mylar and that window flim and could print it on that. You like Mirror or carbon-fiber finish?
