Got a good deal on it since the Rottela 15W40 (which I usually use) was over priced here in PR.
Is the 10W40 good oil or should I just stick to the Rottella and spend the extra $$.

I am running a 10/40 synthetic with no issue, zinc content is your problem, I think that one is around 600 which is too low you want 1000 to 1200 for these engines. Mobile VR is is in the right range but I think they only have 10/30

Disco 2 03 HSE. @ 150K mi. I used 5W30 Castrol High Mileage for my last change on the recommendation of my Rover mechanic. So far it's fine. I'm in PA right now. Last change before that was Total Quartz 10W30. That served well for a cross-country trip towing my trailer. In general, I always use high mileage oil and change it every 3K miles.
