Has any one tryed to repair a window regulator after one of the roller wheels (plastic) breaks.
new regulators here in Canada are $200

I used a bolt and steel washer to replace the plastic wheel.

Cut the bolt to size
put on the correct size washer to fit the track
mushroom out the bolt tip (or weld it) so the washer does not fall off
Grease it up good
BAM...Been working on the front two windows for over 2 years now.
