my right rear window dont work...neither front or door switch works...drivers side rear works just not the passenger side...prolly bad motor, are those a pain to replace?

rear sunroof opens when the front switched is used, does not open when the back one is used...protection lock is turned off...bad switch?

Usually when something works off the wrong switch, it indicates a bad ground connection. Maybe the front motor circuit has lost its ground, so it's finding a path to ground through the rear circuit, and energizing the motor in the process. It can get really wierd. My wife's car had a bad ground that caused the wipers to run whenever the headlights were switched on.
