What are my options to fix a partial missing window seal? I looks like about 8 inches or so is missing on my rear pas side. This is the part inside the track that window slides into.

1) where do I get this?
2) how the heck to do you replace it? Is it difficult?

If you’re talking about felt-type material within the window’s a-frame, it may have come loose and slid downward into the door.

the entire a-frame comes off with just a few bolts in the jamb, but removing the window is a real chore. You might just pop the door card and see if the seal can be slid back up.

Reverend is right, the felt like part might have slid down.

I had this exact issue when I picked up my Disco. Don't really recommend but I spray silicone and used a large flat head with extreme patience and pushed it back up.

You can take off the black window rail it's not difficult but I would try just moving it up first.

Is the silicon spray to prevent the window from dragging it back down?
