Windshield wiper fluid spray

Hello all. I have a 1993 RRC LWB.Today it snowed (NYC) and after I brushed the snow off I noticed the windows started to get white. In trying to clean my windows so I can see better, I tried to activate the wiper blade spray but nothing happened. No sound from the jets or the motor at all. I took it to a shop and was told the pump is failing but on the quote it shows to replace the washer jets. I opened up the hood and checked the connections and everything seems in order. Has anyone had this issue before? I also have a lead on the washer jets but I want to make sure I'm not just buying parts I don't need. Here are the pics of the two items:
