I have disco td5 auto 1999, my problem is that when i put my front windsheild/windsceen wippers on the intermitant setting they only go half way then stop they restart after a few seconds then stop again ,any ideas ????/?/ :confused they work ok on the other settings

The park switch inside the wiper motor is beginning to fail. The only fix is to replace the wiper motor.
