Question To Anyone Who Can Answer. Just Bought A 99 Disco Ii. Went Out To Crank It Last Night And It Wouldn't. Lights And Anything Else Power Related Without A Problem. When You Turned The Key It Just Clicked One Time. Once It Started It Cranked Right Up This Am. Any Thoughts? Please Help!

You have a dead or very nearly dead battery. That is the solonoid clicking that you hear. Your tired battery has enough juice to handle the lights for a bit but not the 200 plus amps necessary for the starter.
Have someone charge and test the old battery then replace it if it fails. Go to Costco and but a Ultima Red Top battery for $99, great deal.
